The vineyard is where my values are rooted.

Here I have spent much of my time, sharpening my senses for what has become increasingly essential to me:

the vines, some over 40 years old, that I did not want to abandon to their fate and, above all,

the desire to create something special with my grapes. That’s why I am here.

The land gives its best but it’s the weather that has the last word. Day after day the vital energy of the grapes grows,

and the aromas, the varietal features and the mineral notes emerge more and more clearly. The contrast between

hot and cold temperatures in late summer brings the ripening to its peak. It is time to harvest.
