“Willy” – This wine is dedicated to my father Willhelm, with whom I have spent countless hours in the vineyard, cellar, stable, and meadows. From him, I learned the intuitive approach to viticulture and winemaking. This unique product reflects the passion and knowledge I gained from him.
A truly special Schiava that captivates with its pronounced character: tannin-rich, fresh, and yet delicate. Aromas of dried cranberries and figs weave together with subtle notes of leather and smoke, creating an enjoyable structure and depth. The finish, marked by fine tannins, sur-prises with a spicy hint of cinnamon that enlivens the palate and ensures a lasting experience.
