Grape variety: Pinot blanc

"Lisl" – a tribute to my mother, Elisabeth. Just as I dedicated "Willy" to my father Wilhelm, I wanted to honour her with a wine of her own. "Lisl" is made from fully ripe Pinot blanc grapes grown at 700 meters altitude and delights with a distinctive, vibrant acidity reminiscent of a Chablis. 

"Lisl" immediately catches the eye with its radiant golden hue. A seductive bouquet unfolds, evoking notes of ripe figs, juicy quinces, delicate apple blossoms, and a hint of walnut. On the palate, "Lisl" surprises with its lively, pronounced acidity, giving the wine a refreshing dynamism and remarkable longevity. The perfect harmony of ripe fruit, mineral undertones, and fresh vitality creates an unforgettable tasting experience. A touch of salty freshness in the long finish enhances the wine’s fascinating depth and complexity.
