Our Pinot Blanc thrives in Lagundo on gneiss soils, which lend it its unmistakable minerality and elegance. In the glass, this wine reveals seductive aromas of fresh pineapple, salted lemon, lime, and ginger. On the palate, it dis-plays a delicate minerality, underscored by crisp acidity, leading to a long, salty finish.

Its lightness, freshness, and straightforward character make it an excellent aperitif and an ideal companion for rich, fried dishes such as "Fritto Misto."
