Quality Sparkling Wine

Our sparkling wine Blanc de Rouge results from the most profound conviction and trust in the local grape variety Schiava. The grapes undergo white vinification and, hence, direct and soft pressing. After the first fermentation, we bottle the base wine, inducing fermentation according to the classic method, during which it ages on the yeast for 24-30 months.

The refreshing nature, the very gentle bubbles and the delicate strawberry note on the nose give the Blanc de Rouge its outstanding character. The Extra Brut is light and digestible with only 3g/l of residual sugar and low alcohol content of 12% by volume. It is therefore ideally suited as an aperitif and as a dish companion. A light almond note in the finish gives it an extraordinary charm.
